macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi.  All worked fine until several days ago.  quite frustrating!  Please requesting your help.  Product not in warrenty.  I'd like tech support -- someone I can talk to on the phone.  do you take Visa?  Need this to work.  I have the cd disk but my mac doesn't have that capability.  Wireless isn't working.  tried to also hard wire and still doesn't work. maybe time for a new printer. Ha.  

i'm not tech savy.  please can you help.  maybe needs a new driver???  requesting assistance. Bill Becker

I understand you are not able to print from your Mac and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Any error when you try to print? 

Did the issue started after upgrading to macOS 10.14 Mojave?

Could you also try to print a self test page and let me know the results. In order to print a self test page:

1.) Press and hold the Cancel button  until the Ready light  blinks.

2.) Release the Cancel button .
