HP Laserjet 1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I look into status information page of my HP 1102w printer, it shows firmware version "20130703".

I've downloaded firmware update utility version "20180302" and run as administrator. It shows my printer, I do "select all" and confirm (twice), after a while, the app says "Firmware is up to date".

Can anyone point me how to update firmware of my printer? Or this is a bug in latest firmware anyway?

Thank you for joining the HP Support Community!

I did check the latest Firmware for your printer.

Your printer is up to date.

Use this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110394/model/... to download the latest drivers and the Firmware for the printer.
