Dear HP,

 

We have HP 2055 printer which is not working with USB 3.0 ,  Please provide the info for the given problem.

Some printers, especially older ones, will not work connected via USB 3.0 ports. If you are connecting this printer to a desktop PC, look for a 2.0 USB port. 3.0 ports can usually be identified by blue or a brightly colored plastic inside them, and are quite often on the front of the desktop tower. Most towers have 1 or 2 USB 2.0 ports in the back. Some new PC's towers and laptops do not have 2.0 ports at all anymore.
