Product: HP 2600n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is on but the display is blank.  I cannot print a sample page by simultaneously holding down the left and right arrows.  Printer is not printing.

The reason why it needs service is a bad formatter, and you can get them off ebay.

With the power on, unplug the unit from the wall outlet.  Wait 10 mins.  Plug the unit back into the wall outlet not using any power strip or surge protector.  Power the unit up if it does not.  Status now?

Unfortunately that did not correct my problem.  Any more ideas?
