HP Recommended
Product: HP Color Laserjet 2840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have recently replaced two ink cartridges and have got a message to Replace Drum (this message was there before replacing ink cartridges).

When printing documents I get a lot of blank pages, pages missed out.  I get the right number of sheets of paper but not all are printed.

Any ideas why the printer is not printing all my pages?
