My printer had a page jam, and now it knocks every time I turn it on, and jams every time I try to print.
I have a second tray added, and removing that doesn't appear to help.
The rollers don't appear to be worn? Not sure what else to try?

The paper has gotten jammed under the toner, and the last time I pulled it out, it was between two drawers (I have an additional tray) - so I pulled out Tray 2, and that was where the paper was jammed.
Is there a solution to the dislodge, or something I should look for if that's the issue?

kinda sounds like the issue might be in that optional tray, if you print from any of the other trays do you get a jam? try removing that extra tray assembly and test print. if no jams, theres probably something wrong w/ the assembly. possibly a piece of torn paper lodged in the paper path or the gears could be defective.

I have tried to remove the additional paper tray, and it doesn't seem to help. If it is a piece of paper lodged in the paper path, any suggestions on how to clear that? And if the gear is defective, is it any easy fix? Or a replacement sitaution? Thanks!

you can try taking a heavy weight paper like cardstock and manually feeding it through the paper path rollers, this helps grab any torn paper or debris that could be obstructing the path. if the assembly is bad your better of trying to replace instead of fixing.
