Please provide more details about what driver you are using. In server applications I always recommend using the Universal Print Drivers. It can also be an issue with SNMP or a failure of bidirectional printing.

Hi,

Im using both drivers:

- HP LaserJet Pro M404 PCL-6 V4 Printer Driver (no installer)

- HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PostScript (64-bit)

i don't think it's a bidirectionnal printing because i have the same problem in HP 404n and HP 404dn.

Any Help !!

The V4 driver is not the driver to be using in this situation. You should download and use the HP UPD 7.0 PCL6 driver. Make sure you have identical drivers installed on the desktop and the pritnt server. Also ensure that you are using a TCP/IP port for communication and not a WSD port.
