Product: Officejet 6962

My wireless network does not appear on the menu for wireless setup. I am hooked to the network on my iPhone, so I know the network is functioning. I have restored original network settings. I have powered off and back on again the printer, including unplugging it.  I have tried WPS startup. What next?

For how long has this been happening?

Did you do any changes in your wireless network?

Was your printer previously connected to that same wireless/wireless router?
