I am having an issue when paper prints and then I get an error message: "Output Bin Full. Please clear paper..." However there is no jam or full. This happens when even one passes through. I checked the sensor and it seems every time the paper passes, it goes to the up position and I have to pull it down to clear the error and start printing again. Not sure what would be my next step...replace the fuser? Any help will be appreciated.

If the output flag is sticking and you can force it down, you need to determine what is making it stick. I am not sure on the 8150 but on other models HP uses a foam damper to keep the flags from clicking. Over time these bumpers degrade and become a sticky mess. The solution is to clean off the old foam bumper and any sticky residue. If it is just a bumper you can use any type of thin foam or nothing at all and ignore the minor noise the flag may cause

Holy molly I feel dumb. Cleaned it (especially above the sensor) and it works now. Thank you.
