HP 9125 E is not communicating with my HP Computer.  get default message

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I understand that you get a default message on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer and you get a default message. Please share me the Error message displayed. Meanwhile I would request you to please follow the below steps.

 

Set Printer as Default

  • Windows may send jobs to another printer.
  • Go to Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners
  • Select HP 9125E
  • Click Set as default printer

Update Printer Drivers

  • Outdated drivers can block communication.
  • Visit HP Support → Drivers & Downloads https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers 
  • Download the latest drivers for HP 9125E
  • Install updates and restart your computer

Reset Network Settings on Printer

  • On the touchscreen: Setup → Network → Restore Network Defaults.
  • Confirm reset, then restart the printer.
  • Reconnect using Wireless Setup Wizard (enter Wi‑Fi password carefully).
