HP 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 8620 printer was printing double sided page. When it pulled the sheet in to print page 2 it stopped! I have cleared any paper, etc that I could find inside any of the paper paths.  The display panel says:" Remove the rear access panel or automatic two-sided printer accessory from the back  of the printer,  and then clear any paper(done).  If required, open the front cover or ink cartridge access door and clear any paper(done). Touch ok when done! no help. Red X at top of display says Paper Jam!! Help

Hi @leetson

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
