HI all, I have had this printer for a while and I love it! Last week I get the toner out flash on the yellow toner. I put in the new one and nothing but problems since.... This week I cough up the extra and but a real HP replacement toner and still having the same issue. YELLOW lines horizontally down the page when I try to print something colour. As you can see in B&W no issue at all.

Any suggestions?

Before you all go and tell me to read all the HP troubleshooting pages/tips etc, been doing that for a week and nothing has helped.

kind of a tricky one, i would have said replace that 2nd cartridge but seeing as how you already did...maybe suspect the grounding contacts on the toner & printer.  If the printer grounding is not correct the proper voltage will not transfer and defects can occur w/ the toner.  look for the metal contacts on the toner cartridge and then find the corresponding contacts in the printer, make sure nothing is missing or bent.
