HP CP 5525

Good day 

My HP CP5525 does not print when jobs are sent to it. The network is perfect. I pinged the IP address of the printer and it responded. I also restarted the machine but to no avail. The printer is discoverable in the network but can't printout jobs. Occasionally, it will print out one or two jobs and the show "printer error or print job(s) in queue". 

Please, how to I resolve this so that the printer will respond to printing jobs immediately.

This behaviour can be caused by a duplicate IP address so unplug printer from network and ping to see if another device responds, or try a different address on the printer.
