Product: HP Color LaserJet 4700

 

Good Morning,

 

 

I have a HP Color LaserJet 4700 printer that receives a 59.30 error. I have already swapped the fuser and the fuser drive assembly and still receive the same error. During the start up of the printer I can hear the Fuser gear start to try to turn and just stop. I check all the gears and made sure they could move freely and was successful. Anyone have an idea what the next step would be? DC Controller Board?

@davidzuts I talked to this person on the phone and didn't have any suggestions other than a DC Controller, what are your thoughts on this one?

Just an FYI. I solved the problem it turns out the fuser drive assembly I was sent intially was defective. I got anothor fuser drive assembly and everything is working properly. Given the error code and I already put a known working fuser in the printer that rolution made the most sense.
