HP Color LaserJet 8550 and Laserjet 1100/4000 support in Windows 10 64 bit

Dear Sir/Madam,

As I found from the HP website http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04675396 that HP Laserjet4000/1100/8550 can support in Windows 10 by Windows update. I download the hp laserjet 4000 from Microsoft Update Catalog and found that this Microsoft driver update for HP Laserjet 4000 series PCL5 cannot support in 64 bit Windows 10. Is these printer models only support in Windows 10 32 bit OS but not in 64 bit OS? Thanks.

I can't yet see your posted image (it can take a number of hours for such images to be "approved" before they become visible), so I don't know what you are attempting to demonstrate.

As regards the LJ 4000 models - I don't know what you've downloiaded from the "Microsoft Update Catalog". 

My Windows 10 Professional 64-bit system has several built-in drivers for LaserJet 4000 printers:

You may have to click the Windows Update button in the Add Printer dialogue, then wait (perhaps for several minutes) whilst additional drivers are downloaded, before the list is repopulated.

Of course, I have no idea if these drivers will work successfully, or if they will provide all of the features that you may want.

Since I cannot find the printer driver for hp color laserjet 8550 and laserjet 1100 in Windows 10 built-in drivers.

But I can found in HP website in my previous post that these two printers driver can be downloaded by using Microsoft Update Catalog. After downloaded the two drivers, it cannot be installed in Windows 10 64 bit version.

So my question is that if anyone know these two model printers no longer support in Windows 10 64 bit version but can support in Windows 10 32 bit version?
