HP Color LaserJet CM1312

HP CM1312 MFP has gone blue, but not quite. On the test page with color stripes from light to dark colors, all 4 colors are normal, except for blue. The blue from light to mid strips is normal, and then again to a light tone — instead of dark (by the end of the strip it is completely white, although it should be dark blue). Cartridge new worker tested on another printer, calibrated does not help. Put another cartridge, init RAM and firmware update also does not help.

2 photos show that the dark blue squares are not printed at all.
For example, on the demo page https://photos.app.goo.gl/Cs9aZNVmA9vxfbsv9, the top bar should be blue and should be blue instead of green in diagrams (translated from Russian into English to google.translate)

It looks like that the cyan cartridge is bad change another one to see what will happed.

You can do an engine test by power-off 1312 -> open both front and rear door -> power-on -> close both doors winthin 10 seconds. It should print a page of four color's line and see what the cyan lokks like.

Most of the time if engine test is fine than it always means formatter is bad.

But in your situation it should a bad cyan cartridgen for sure.
