Hello.
I have a problem. I bought this printer, but I have the printing problems.
When printing color pages blue cartridge prints left the desired position, and purple below and to the left.
I expect that you need to perform color calibration - but on the official site I could not find resheshniya this problem. In annex "HP Print and scan Doctor" I did not find this function. Most links to forum with the solution this problem are not working. Please tell me the actual solution to the problem.
Thank you

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand there are print quality issues within the HP Color LaserJet CP1215 printer,
Don't worry as I have a few steps to help, however, to provide an accurate solution I need a few more details:
Did you upgrade the firmware and the drivers of your printer? if you haven't, Please click here and get it done.
Have you attempted to print from a different software to check if the issue persists?
In the meantime, I have a few steps that should help:
Solution one: Remove any protective tape from the print cartridges
Print quality issues occur if protective tape remains on the print cartridges.
Solution two: Print from a different software program
Try printing from a different software program. If the page prints correctly, the problem is with the software program from which you originally printed.
Solution three: Adjust, reload, and change the paper
The most common cause for print quality issues is the paper that is not compatible with the product.
This can result in poor paper feeding, or in poor toner adhesion. Make sure that the paper or media type meets HP's specifications.
Solution four: Check the printer environment
The product environment can directly affect print quality and is a common cause for print quality or paper feeding issues.
Click here for more details and step by step instructions to resolve your concern.
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum. Have a great day!

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately solved the problem.
I'm using the latest and best drivers printing is performed from different programs, the protective tape is removed, the paper corresponds to the standards, the environment also corresponds to the norms. The problem remains. I think need to perform printer calibration, but I do not know how, but all official instructions are outdated.

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.
This issue could occur if the printer is not aligned properly.
Please follow the link: Resolving Print Quality Issues
Also, let us know if you are able to print the test page from the unit properly
Let me know if this works.
You have a good day ahead.

I can not do 10 and 6 step, because I do not have "toolbox" program. On the download page and program drivers for my printer does not have this program. Could you give me a direct link to this program? On the diagnostic page, the problem persists.

Hi @XMblr, I am the MrRobot. It looks like you were interacting with @Rainbow23, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here
Thanks for your response and time.
Thanks for trying out the steps.
I have checked the records, HP toolbox is supported only till windows 7, Windows 10 does not have an option of the toolbox.
Try checking with a different cartridge and check if it helps.
Try printing a test page and check if the issue persists.
Press and hold the Resume button () on the product control panel for three seconds.
Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot One or More Colors Missing on the Printout.
I'll watch your reply!
Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂

@XMblr, thanks for your response and time.
Kudos to you for trying out the steps.
You can try connecting your printer to windows 7 PC and check if it helps.
If the issue still persists it is a hardware issue, Please contact HP support for service options.
Link to contact HP.
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Hello
Unfortunately, I do not have access to a computer with windows 7. Could you give me a direct link to the application for windows 7 downloads, I install this program with the possibility of compatibility with windows 10. Do not really want to deploy a virtual machine only for what to repair the printer.

Thank you for the update,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
The previous tech seem to have redirected you towards phone support at HP as the issue seems to be hardware related,
If you wish to make an attempt using a windows 7 computer, you could download and install the full feature software for your printer on win7 using the HP website: http://hp.care/2lUXPkv
However, if the toolbox isn't available for download on the link shared earlier, you could use the HP Print and scan doctor to run a test on your printer, here's a link that should help: http://hp.care/2moQOFH
if you simply wish to Contact HP and have them replace or repair your printer instead (free if covered by warranty).
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: http://hp.care/2moMFSc
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts,
Mark my post as Accepted Solution.
And click on the Purple Thumbs up icon at the bottom of my comment.
