Product: Q3931A

After replacing the drum unit - black, the printer worked without problems, printing sheets 300 on the screen showed a message that a replacement of the drum unit is required. What to pay and how to check that the problem is in the drum unit - chip?

A new drum should ship with a new chip on it. Was this OEM or 3rd party? You should contact the person you bought the supply from and get them to fix the problem.
