Product: HP LaserJet M452dn

Hello,

 

Our HP Color LaserJet M452dn is printing pages with a pattern of smudging down only one side of the page. Please see the image below - red arrows indicate the smudge marks. What is the best way to go about resolving this issue? I've already tried running it through clean cycles.

If the distance between 2 red arrows is 57mm or 2,24in than you have defective fuser. Probably damaged fuser film sleeve.

 

You would need to replace fuser (more expensive) or replace fuser film sleeve (cheaper but complicated).
