MFP M577

All,

I've been looking all over to find the correct MIB's for my HP Color LaserJet MFP M577.

Where I have looked as follow;

  1. http://www.oidview.com/mibs/11/HP-LASERJET-COMMON-MIB.html
  2. http://www.mibdepot.com/index.shtml
  3. http://oidref.com/
  4. https://spp.itcs.hp.com/spp/ (description: The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.)

NOTE: I'm using IPHost Network Monitor Client. Linux  CentOS7 (snmpwalk, snmpTranslate, snmpGET)

After executing SNMP walk on the printer, I received many OID's that are unknow. What I'm looking for is two OIDs that can tell me the following:

  1. total-copy-color-pages
  2. total-copy-mono-pages

What I have is as follow:

  1. scanner-accessory-total-copy-pages-printed
  2. scanner-accessory-copy-job-scan-count

I'm unable to find the correct OID for Copy Pages. If I do have the OID, I don’t know which one it is because the description is Unknown. So far, I have 2065 Unknow OID’s.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Like most vendors, HP may not release publicly all of their MIB data. Often these locations are only released to partner software developers.

@Repairatrooper

How would one get there hands on MIBs that are not public? Or where would i go to ask for them?

Anyone with access to non-public information has likely signed an NDA with HP. You could contact HP tech support to see if they can provide any guidance.
