This is a recurring and highly disruptive issue. Users are unable to print even though the printer appears to be online. Lan cable was secured connecting and the display screen didn't show any error.

Upon inspection, it appears that the printer’s network stack may hang during SNMP polling after the device has been idle for an extended period. As a result, Windows incorrectly marks the printer as offline, and a printer reboot is required to restore functionality. (This is my assumption and findings)

The printer is currently running firmware version 6.17.5.40-202503181735. Although a newer firmware version 6.28.1.35-202511201716 is available, I am hesitant to proceed with the upgrade, as reports indicate that some users experienced a worse overall experience after upgrading and that the issue was not resolved.

Additionally, there appears to be a driver-related issue on Windows. The printer driver is configured to use HP Smart Universal Printing, but it repeatedly reverts to the Microsoft Enhanced Point and Print driver automatically. This behavior prevents consistent configuration. I really need help on addressing all these issues. When are you going to have a new firmware release?
