Hello.
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n.
Duble-sided and Printer Scan options doesn't work on the Android 9 Pie devices.
The HP Print Service plugin and HP Smart app has been installed on the Samsung devices.
Kindly ask you to solve these issues.
Best regards.

@Andrei_L, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The Smart App will enable two-sided printing and scanning only if the printer has auto-duplex options. As per the printer specifications, the printer only supports manual duplexing with the printer driver and not with App.
Refer to the product specs document Printer Specifications for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n for help.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Thanks.
I would like to inform you that:
1. Printer has a lot of options on the Windows 10 and working properly.
2. On the Android 9 with App not possible take preview and scanning documents.
3. HP Print Service Pugin App has not much options as Windows 10.
Kindly ask you to apply following options for this printer on the Android App:
1. Print Markup, Only Odd pages, Only Even pages.
2. Manually print on both sides include Flip pages on Long Edge and Flip pages on Short Edge.
3. Collated (1,2,3) and Uncollated (1,1,1).
4. Count of pages on the sheet.
Best regards.

Thanks for replying!
Yes, on Windows OS the printer has a lot of options. While using the printer on App there are limitations.
We would surely pass on the feedback to the concerned team and see what best we can do to improvise the customer experience 🙂
