Hello HP Community.
Expieriencing issue with my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw. Few weeks ago it started to print very slowly. Searched up on HP support website what could be a possible problem. First of all I switched off printer and disconnected from power supply. Connected back but it didn't make any improvement. Then I found out that firmware on my print was an old version. Dowloaded from HP Support website the latest one and installed. But no any changes, printer was still printing slowly. Then I downloaded from HP Support website latest version of Driver and Software for my printer. Uninstalled previous one and installed the new one. But no success, printer is still printing slowly. In total I have 5 the same HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw in my office all connected together in network. Three of them have the same issues.
Would really appreciate if you could help me to solve my problem.
Thank you in advance,
Edgars

If you are using printers network attached then I suggest that you use the HP Universal Print Driver as it has less overhead than the drivers supplied with the printer. Do you print IP direct or have you shared from one workstation? Also make sure you are using a TCP / IP port and not a Windows WSD port.

Thank you for reply.
Beforehand apologies if I misunderstand something. I am not very competent in this field.
Each printer is connected with Ethernet cable to his own workstation (computer), and each has it's own IP address. But all workstations are connected together in network, so on every workstation I can choose whichever printer I want to print on. Checked on Printer properties. Says that it's using HP Standard TCP / IP port.
Ok I will download HP Universal Print Driver, install it and see what happens.
Strange that all printers were working perfectly fine for long time, I would say at least for 2-3 years. Until one day all of a sudden one by one they started to print slowly.

Just now downloaded and installed HP Universal Print Driver. Unfortunately there is no any changes. Printer is still printing slow. The sound of printer is not like it used to be. Only when I power it on and during calibration it sounds like it should be.
Any more suggestions what could I try?

An update to my issue. After trying desperately to fix my printer and with no success, I decided to try to fix other two printers in office which were not working properly. I uploaded latest firmware update and to my suprise both started to work like they should and printing speed is back to normal.
Now I am confused. I uploaded firmware update again on third printer. Checked on printer control panel for latest firmware update, printer is updated, but still printing slow. Does anybody have any idea why it's like that? Why two other printers started working perfectly fine just after uploading latest firmware update but the third still doesn't want to work? What I am doing wrong?
