My printer is showing a jamming error but there does not seem to be a jam.
This has happened all of a sudden, the printer was working perfectly up until now. I have reset the printer and checked all areas (cartridge section) for loose paper and there is nothing showing. The printer does not seem to be picking up paper but this is not the error that shows.
Urgent help appreciated as this is a printer I use for my home business.

Clearing any possible paper jams and resetting the printer are the only possible solutions for clearing a paper jam error. Since you have tried all possible steps available in this document, I'm afraid, the printer needs to be services or replaced. Please call your regional HP Support to obtain all available repair/replacement options. You may use the following steps to contact your regional HP Support:
1) Click on this link.
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
