Hi folks. I have a problem with my printer and I hope someone could help me. I have HP  Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw and it was working really fine until one day it suddenly shows 59.FO Error and its kinda annoying cause I have to restart the printer everytime. And now the problem do persist. When I try to reboot my printer, still the error shows up. Can someone help me find a solution on this? Thanks.

This error on this model is most often caused by an issue with the DC controller which you can fix by applying a DC controller update.

When I click on the dropbox link I get this message:  Error (500) Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropboxers have been notified. Check out our Help Center and forums for help, or head back to home

I will check the link when I have some time today and PM you when fixed. Or try later, might be a glitch with Dropbox.

I have followed the procedure several times.  Doesn't reboot any time.  Everything else follows the steps perfectly.

Disregard the last email, I had to put it on the flash drive, I will see if it works.
