HP Color Laserjet 3600 - I am having a significant problem with streaking.  Tried all diagnosis steps and calibration without success.  Researched and then followed instructions to clean the image transfer belt with lint free cloth and alcohol.  Restarted machine and attached is printed page.  Same streaking issue.  Also, now see even more toner deposits on the freshly cleaned ITB.  Another thing I just noticed, is that the printer is showing a significantly lower toner level for the blue cartridge.  Any help appreciated - it has been a great machine until this!!!HP 3600 Printer Streaking Problem

First step would be to try different cartridges. If you are finding significant amounts of toner inside the printer that would suggest bad cartridges. As this is an older printer and you have old cartridges that are well past their expiration date then items like cleaning blades inside the cartridge will fail simply due to age and allow toner to escape.
