Suddenly the printer started printing double or ghosting (not sure how to better describe). I have changed paper, unplugged, removed the device etc. to no avail. Now after experiment, if I try to print just one document, it print multiple copies of it and I have to pull the tray to stop it from wasting paper. It does it on plain black or color. If I do black only, it seems to drag in small colors too. What gives? Help!!!! Thanks!

Ghosting is when a printer creates a repetitive defect on the page at equally spaced distance, usually caused by a failed fuser.
Double feeding is where the printer continues to feed sheets of paper into the printer after the first page is printed causing a jam because the pages overlap and the printer thinks that the page is too long. This error is usually caused by a sticking solenoid for the paper pickup assembly. A worn roller or separation roller and also cause feed issues.
