Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day, i would really appreciate if someone can tell me if these HP models have a common fault that is not fixable. I am referring to the 479 and 480 HP models of which i have 4 in the company and they all have the same issues.

The issues are as follows

1. After the printer is idle for about 5 min the very first page come out with ink blotches and a reprint has to be done after a clean page option.

2. The first page comes out with double printing, almost a mirror image of text.

3 all these printers were sent for services to try and eliminate the issues.

I am considering changing to another brand of printer.

Any ideas or suggestions.
