Laserjet Pro M252dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I use the Home, Service, Cleaning Mode in the HP Device Toolbox Utility - HP Color Laserjet Pro M252dw, and Click on the 'Start' button shown, then after I put a clean sheet of A4 in the Tray 1 slot, the paper feeds through slowly advancing until it finishes, but nothing is printed on the sheet (it's blank and clean).

Is this normal? I've never tried it before.

This is perfectly normal, a cleaning mode should eject a blank page with no printout.

Please print and attach a printer status report, if there is any personal information on the printer report, such as the printer’s serial number, please delete it from the picture before posting publicly.
