Our ERP system emails our printers documents directly to print.  A few days ago it stopped working.  I can send an email from our ERP system to myself and then forward that same email to the printer and it prints without issue.  The printer is set as open to anyone.

Hi,

Is it using your organization's email server?

 

I suggest contacting your IT and check if there was any change recently?

An eprint job may be rejected due to incorrect or invalid SPF record on the email server, causing HP servers to reject the sent mail as spam.
