Product: HP Laserjet E72535

Hi There,

I am having a problem with E72535 TCU's kicking over to full instead of going to almost full first, sometimes it does alert at almost full but then in less than 100 pages changes to full. I have alerts set up on the physical devices as well as external programs but never get any. when it kicks over to full the device stops working causing major disruption. we currently have close to 40 of these devices in the fleet. Anyone experiencing this and is aware of a solution?

Make sure that your firmware is up to date as there were issues with waste toner system that have been  addressed.

I know the firmware solved a similar issue on the E825 series but nothing was confirmed for the E725
