Product: HP ELITEDESK 800G4 TWR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP DESK MACHINE CONTINUALLY LOSES CONNECTIVITY TO HP PRINTER. WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY OF PRINTER NOT ISSUE TO WIFI AS EPRINT IPAD/PHONE ETC.
COULD BE SECONDARY ISSUE TO DESK MACHINE CONTINUALLY CRASHES FREEZES OR SHUTS DOWN DUE TO "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED" OR SEVERAL OTHER HARD DISK ISSUES WHICH HP HAVE NOT RESOLVED AFTER 6-8 MONTHS.
ANYONE WITH HELP ON EITHER ISSUE GREATFULLY RECEIVED.
AFTER NO RESOLUTION NEW DESK MACHINE AND PRINTER AND NOT HP, CAN'T AFFORD THE TIME AND LACK ON CONFIDENCE IN MACHINE.
