I had to preform a factory reset on my printer after changing out the network card and now when I try to go to the IP address that I gave my printer in my DHCP it will not take me to the HP Embedded Web Server page.  I know it works because I can ping the IP and I can print to the tcp/ip port that I set it up with and both work fine but when I enter the IP address into Internet Exploryer it says this page can't be displayed.

Is the IP address you print to the same that shows on the config page. HP drivers often configure automatically configure to print to host name or a windows WSD port which is worse. I have had cases where the EWS will not open but cold reset usually fixes it or go into pre-boot menu and format harddrive and download current firmware.
