You can check Youtube as HP does have a channel. Bear in mind that depending on the product, some material will be restricted to authorized and certified HP partners and not available to the general public.

I'm a HPCE working for various contractors since the 2009 layoff. Contractors these days day they have partnerships but have limited access or no training on new printers. The HP videos on YouTube most the time are not in my language...lol. Thanks
