HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M680z

Hi all, Hope all is fine. I had a problem with two of the HP LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP Color M680 printer.

These printers had the problem with formatter board and hard disk (The display was not ON.).

I purchased new formatter boards and hard disks From Ensure (UAE HP partner). Downloaded the future smart 4 firmware from HP & upgrade the firmware, one printer is ready to use. I try to fix the second printer in the same way. When the printer on it was showing not bootable error. I insert the USB thumb drive & follow the steps, the printer has detected the firmware and start to upgrade. But it was not moved from 0%. After I switched OFF the printer & tried again, Now the printer display stays in HP logo. (I tried much time, No error message, Always stuck with HP Logo, also no 1/8 display appear).

If anyone has a solution to solve this problem, please help me.

Thank you

Have a nice day
