Hello
I'm trying to disable the SSL protocol and enabling the TLS protocol on multiple HP LJ P2055dn printers.
The current firmware version is from 2010, I don't see any settings on the Embedded Web Server to allow me to change the protocol.
So I would like to update the firmware. But the firmware version available on HP site includes the following instructions:
"HP LaserJet P2055dn and P2055x printers require the program which contains P2055dn_FW in its name. "
The firmware file is named: "ljp2055_FW_Update_20131112_SIGNED.exe"
My question is, can this update be used for an P2055dn model because most of our printers are network connected, so I don't want to cause the printers inoperable after the update.
Thank you.

Current firmware listed at support.hp.com is ljp2050_Series_FW_Update_20141201_signed.exe.
This is the most current and correct firmware for all 205x series printers.
