CP2025
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My CP2025 is not printing the correct colors. It seems the yellow toner is very light.

I recently replaced the pickup roller and had the printer stood up on its back. I later found out this is not good for the printer but I'm not sure what this might affect or damage?

I have run the cleaning cycle and calibration many times. This has not resolved the problem.

Is there a more intensive cleaning cycle I can do? Is there a sensor that may be dirty?

I have also been running some generic toner and I had a red toner cartage leak. But this problem started before the leak.

Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem?

1.Take the yellow cartridge out and take a look at the drum see if toner on it, if yes it maybe need to te replaced.

2.Do a Restore Default from front panel see if it helps.   Service -> Restore Default

3.If still not work try to do the NVRAM.

Performing an NVRAM initialization resets the following settings and information:
● All menu settings are reset to factory default values.
● All localization settings, including language and country/region, are reset.
After performing an NVRAM initialization, reconfigure any computers that print to this product so that the computers can recognize the product.
Perform an NVRAM initialization
1. Turn the product off.
2. Simultaneously press the Right arrow button and the X button. Keep these buttons depressed as you turn the product on.
3. When Permanent storage init. appears on the display, release both buttons.
4. When the product has finished the NVRAM initialization, it returns to the Ready state.
