My printer was working well . Then it ran low on toner, so I replaced the toner colours.  I moved the printer to a different room and it worked.  Now, suddenly it's not working and telling me to replace 'imaging drum'.  How could that happen?  It's only two years old and hardly used.  Very frustrating - I have tried removing all toners and then putting them back, and I have removed the imaging drum - it looks as good as new!   But it's still not working.  Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you insert your old toner, do you still get the error message?

Let us know.

Thanks 🙂
