I have got a new modem and was about to get network information from the printer (mac-address and ip-address) for my new modem. To get these information I had to push the "GO-button" for about 10 seconds. Then during this process the printer did make a weird noise, and since then the printer motor seems dead and only the "Attention-light" is blinking.
Is the memory damaged? Or what's the reason?
Can the printer be repaired for a decent amount of money?
Can anyone give me some advice please?
(Yes, I know my printer is old, but it has been printing so well for me with tack-sharp letter-printing)

You may have a bad formatter needed to be replaced.
You can try to bake it first to see if you can save it back to live.

You Just need to take left cover off the formatter is there.

Try it and good luck.
