HP LaserJet 600 M602

Hello,

I have an HP LaserJet M602 that has a very stubborn jam issue.

Specifically, the printer is throwing either a 13.B9.D2 or 13.B9.A2 error, indicating the jam is occuring at/ near the fuser delivery sensor (ps700). I started my search at the fuser, and immediately located the jam- the paper seemed to be getting stuck as it attempted to enter the fuser. The top of the paper was resting just before the pressure roller, and there was an accordian behind it, basically between the pressure roller and the drum roller Seemed simple enough. That was countless hours and replacement parts ago.....

In short, i've replaced the fuser, transfer roller and the paper transfer assembly several times. I also triple-checked the fuser settings and performed a factory reset just to be safe. In a last-ditch effort, I replaced the fuser motor and updated the firmware.  All to no avail. The darn thing keeps jamming in the same spot, right before the pressure roller. As far as I can tell, the paper is not caught on anything- it's almost as if the pressure rollers aren't rotating when the paper gets there.

I'm wondering if it could be related to the DC controller or low voltage PSU, even though that seems unlikely.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Best regards,

Trevor M.

If you open back cover and send something to print you can see does the fusers pressure and heat roller rotates or not.

@Valsimot: Thanks for the reply! It seems to have stopped jamming for the moment (for no apparent reason, I might add). I'll update if the issue occurs again.
