HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet CP1025nw color
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I get a HP LaserJet CP1025nw color, I would like to print black and white. However with the color ink empty, printing seems not working. Is there any method that I can still print Black and White with empty color ink?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Your printer doesn’t support single cartridge mode and you there should be some ink in both the toners to print.

 

Please refer to the below user guide for your printer for more information.
