Product: HP LaserJet CP2025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Company had hug power outage and now HP printer screen is blank even after rebooting printer. Printer lights are on but screen remains blank. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

You can try cold reset printer maybe reset will help.

 

Turn printer OFF, press and hold both right arrow key and cancel key, turn printer OK, keep 2 buttons pressed till you see Permanent storage initialization message appears on the front panel.

 

On the right side of the printer is an engine test hole, use a fine-point tool to press the engine test button when a printer is powered ON and paper is loaded in the tray. Does it print one page with lines?
