Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 color MFP M775dnavilion 65XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the print server, it says "needs attention" with no other specifics. Wen to the printer web page. No hints of anything wrong. Did a cold reset, as I could not find the direction on how to perform a hard reset. Additionally, took a look at the error log and it indicated a need for calibration. Did a calibration. No luck with any of this. Please advise.

Opened the print server, then the command prompt in Admin mode then stopped and started the spooler. Worked.
