Hi, is there any way to get such journal on this model, so i can see who and when was using it.

There's such a journal for scan usage, but not for printer.

To get detailed information you need to upgrade unit to FutureSmart 4, then enable the embedded accounting feature.

Wow, I must have zoned out. Futuresmart 3 is your only option on this product. Sorry about that. In terms of clearning logs you can usually clear error log in the diagnostics section but I could find no way to clear the regular job log, although I was looking at a Futuresmart 4 device when I checked.
