Product: HP LaserJet M607
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We use a HP LaserJet M607 printer. When we print envelopes, a blank envelope comes out at the end of the batch we are printing or when we print individual ones, a blank one prints out after every one. All of the drivers and firmeware is up to date. Any suggestions why this may be happening.

Are you using the optional envelope tray or printing from the MP tray. Recheck both the software settings and the hard settings on the printer to ensure you have the right size of envelope selected.
