Hi ShlomiL,

First of all, thanks for your speedy reply,

 

Yes my Windows 10 version is in English, and i'm in Canada

 

I followed the steps you told me to but when it's installing the driver it doesn't reach the 1/4 mark and closes, so the computer can't find the drivers when plugging in the printer.

 

Also, when I checked my downloads folder, the link you sent was one I had already tried, so maybe you have something else that could work ? 

 

I've also tried to completely remove the printer files from the pc from "device manger', "printer and scanners", and in the "File Explorer", but every time I plug it back in to try again the computer recognizes it as an "OTHER DEVICES" so the problem continues.

Browse to C: and locate the HPLJP1000_P1500_Series.log file.
