HP LaserJet P1102
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello. I use an HP LaserJet P1102 printer. The problem is that it prints with stripes all over the sheet. In the HP Print and Scan Doctor program, I performed a diagnostic, no problems were found. However, the test page still has stripes. Updating the drivers didn't help either. I took the printer to the service center. They told me that there are no problems with printing and showed me a test sheet that does not have any stripes. What could be the problem?

Did the service centre use your or their toner cartridge?

Can you post a sample of the printed page with stripes?

The service checked with my cartridge. The cartridge is new, bought a couple of days ago.

Is it possible that the service centre tested your printer with some text file and there were no streaks on a text document. If you print some text are streaks visible or not?

Yes, there were also stripes when printing the text. However, I found a solution. My printer seems to be standing on a not very flat surface. So I tried moving it to another location. The stripes have almost disappeared. Those that remain are almost invisible😊
