HP LaserJet P2035 Fuser Error 50.0 on 2 different new printers. Printer plugged into regular outlet not a surge protector.

Prints for awhile then error comes up. Why 2 new printers.

Error 50.0 means the Fuser will need replaced, this is a heating elemnet for the printer which regulates temperatures. If thermistor is not able to reach to the operataing temperature so that it can send signal to the printer that i am ready to work, then it gives 50.0 error message.

Yes I understand that,  but 2 the same brand new printers out of the box doing the same thing. Do we have a quality issue with this lot number of printers?

Did you get the printer from the same location? Its likly that you may have just gotten two bad printers in a batch.

hmmm...well the only common ground between the two printers is the location they are being plugged into.  Perhaps check the voltage coming from the socket.  The fuser assembly feeds from the high voltage supply board.  If the proper voltage is not getting tot he printer, could possibly effect the fuser.  Its rare to get two faulty printers in a batch, but certainly not unheard of.
