HP LaserJet PageWide Pro 477dw MFP Print Quality Streaking Issue - Please Help!

Hello

I am trying to trouble shoot a streaking issue with the above mentioned printer.

So far I have:

Done step 1 and 2 Print Head Alignments

all the cleaning routines available in the regular service menu (not hidden menu)

Align Print Heads

I also tried a TAP 21 test as this was recommended by HP support chat. I ran it at least five times with no effect at all.

I scanned in my print quality reports as well as printer status report, so you can have all the information I have and hopefully someone can help me with this. I scanned all the pages to PDF and you can download them from my google drive at the below link. Please help!

I hope that your printer issue has been remedied by now.  Thank you for posting the pictures of your specific issue.  Given your previous cleaning attempts and the specific defect here is my reccomendation.  

Also, for others reviewing this post here is the troubleshooting that lead to the following conclusion:

1) Does not clear with print head cleaning services.

2) There are missing nozzles in several colors at the same location.  Sometimes this is accompanied with ink drips on the page and/or the missing nozzles are aligned with the color mixing location.  Here the black, cyan and magenta missing nozzles are in the same location as the ink mixing of magenta into yellow.  

This is might be indicative of a long fiber being caught on some internal metal flaps in the printer that hold the paper steady near the printheads where some magenta ink whicked down the length of the fiber and soaked into the yellow die. 

HP sells an advanced cleaning kit called "HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP Advanced Cleaning Kit " that specifically is designed to clean up Print Quality streaking issues such as these.  This cleaning kit only works on the issues where previous servicing through the UI fails as it treats fibers located within the printer body not on the printhead (the majority of defects are caused by fibers on the printhead that can be fixed by cleaning the printheads).  In this case I would try the advanced cleaning kit and then print yellow pages until the magenta clears out of the yellow print head.  It could take a few pages of yellow before the magenta that has wicked into the yellow pen to print out.   

If the problem continues then it could be permenately damaged printhead that needs to be replaced, call HP support and explain the current troubleshooting steps.  

I hope this helps others with a similar issue.
