HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have "HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dw" for 2 years now but recently (2-3 months) while we are printing the printer restarts in the middle of printing. I tried updating the firmware, didn't work, I tried resetting the printer back to the company's defaults, didn't work either. I'm hopeless, please help.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.Just for information some technical information is protected by HP and is not allowed to be answered.This is unfortunate and you will have to contact a HP repair shop for the help in this case.Sorry for barging in on this but recently i had a similar problem with a machine and found that the supply voltage to the machine had a problem.Connect the printer directly to a wall outlet and retry.Hope this will help.

How is the printer connected usb or wireless? What do you mean by restarts? Does it power off and then back on or the printjob stops and then restarts. What operating system are you using? We need information.

The printer is connected via network, there are other pcs with the same problem. The printer powers off during a printer job and then back on. We are all using windows 10-64 bit.
